You cannot stumble to this place, it's in one of the side streets. Weather permitting, sit in the courtyard, it is cute. The service was of the highest quality, including a strict hierarchy: a senior waiter, a sub-ordinate one, and a busboy.: they were helpful...and always available.
The food itself was good. I'm an octopus lover and it was the best outside of Portugal, which to me is way above the rest of the world :) The meat was cooked just right, soft and juicy. Supposedly famous soup Habichuela was good, I wouldn't hesitate to order it again, but I wouldn't go back just because of it. Btw, it's made of green beans, a pleasant and unusual taste.
The dinner for two cost us 1,800 pesos, no wine, which is not cheap, but seems not too expensive in Cancun. And it was worth it, wouldn't mind to come back. My friend took pictures to come back with his wife, and he is local.More
