We took 2 fishes: one deep fried (for the experience) and the other, a filet mexican style. We enjoy the most the filet, it's was perfectly cooked, just enough spicy (not hot, but spicy), good service, nice place. 320 pesos for 2, beers and tips included.

Ate here twice while in Cozumel, had the Sopa de Mariscos & fried fish my friend has the sopa de Pescado & fried fish, all of it was fresh and very tasty, the soup reminded me of my moms cooking. Service is great from all staff, they all make rounds to see if you need anything...including the owner. I will... More

The locals here have provided one of the best fresh fish restaurants on the island. The fresh fish fillet is our favorite and this trip we brought all our guests here to give it a try. They all agreed with us, the fresh fish fillet was their favorite. If you are visiting Cozumel and want to experience a small, local... More

This was, by far, the BEST fried fish fillet I have ever eaten. The fish was so fresh it was filleted as we waited. The piece of fish I received was huge, coated with a light breading & no heavy oil taste. The coleslaw was excellent , as well. Wait staff were friendly & quick.

I was on a mission to find Grouper while in Cozumel. I'd had it fresh many years ago and really enjoyed it. After talking with the local B&B owner (and consulting Trip Advisor) we landed at Pescaderia. Make sure that you have the storefront picture when walking there as it's easy to miss, and plan ahead, as they close early!... More

I found this place a few years back via my dive master. Went 3 or 4 times this trip. If you want FRESH FISH this is the place to come. I have never been disappointed. Just a hole in the wall where all the locals come. Great food at a great price. Pick the fish you want and they prepare... More

After our first couple of meals in Cozumel, we decided we liked the places off of the beaten path better. The food was great and the prices were amazing! We had lunch at Pescaderia San Carlos twice! We couldn't eat the broiled fish with cabbage and rice fast enough! On our second trip we also had the whole fried Hog... More

We went there yesterday, but this restaurant closes at 6 pm and we were late. Today we had a late lunch there and the food was excellent. I was thinking of ordering the conch, but I had never had it, so they brought me some. It was very good, but more of a ceviche style, so I went with the... More

What a find! The fish in butter & garlic was absolutely delicious - and my shrimp quesadilla was spectacular. The service was extra friendly, and we had the bonus of some live music. Actually, the live music was more amusing than it was authentic or professional - a fella playing an organ. Gave the venue a kitchy charm, that I... More
