This place was really terrific! Ordered Lobster/Bacon sandwich which was to die for. The presentation of each appetizer and entree were artfully presented! Everything tasted amazing! Beautiful courtyard setting and quite romantic!

The service was excellent, food was super as well. We did try the lobster sandwich, it was very good, but the duck appetizer was excellent. Just check the prices before ordering. They were a lot higher than what was posted on their site.
Went to this Restaurant by recommendation by local residents. Doesn't really look like much from the outside, or when you are escorted to the inner courtyard, but the food they serve you is outstanding!! Had to travel all the way to this beautiful island to...More
I could this sandwich every day if my wife would let me! I frequently get it as carry-out but was there the other day and remembered to review. Bathrooms were clean and service attentive.
Le Chef recommended by long-term expat. 3 of us had lobster sandwiches (2), Mediterranean penne (1), Dos Equus (4), salad, and dessert. Total price: US $81.88 or, in Pesos: $1,310 (about $60 US). Fair price in US; great price in Pesos.
Amazing Lobster and Bacon sandwich> Truly worth the stop. Everything else on the menu that we tried was just as good.
Le Chef is one of our favorite places to visit for dinner. I have never ordered anything bad but the one thing I can’t recommend enough was the asparagus appetizer which was wrapped in bacon and you could dip in a sinfully cheesy thermidor sauce...More
This is always a favorite of mine and I introduced some new friends to it. They had the lobster bacon sandwich and proclaimed that it was the best thing that they had eaten on the island and they have been here a month.
Both entrees were perfect. Fish of the day was artfully presented and cooked to perfection. The restaurant has a nice ambience on the outdoor patio. Our server was personable, attentive and knew the history of the restaurant. Turned out he was the owner's son. He...More
This sweet little restaurant with an open patio seating has wonderful food. From the appetizers (Careze salad so fresh you'd swear the tomatoes were just picked) to the fresh fish and unique menu you will not be disappointed, A must do in Cozumel.
