The chef is excellent and they use mostly fresh ingredients. While the vegan options are not plentiful, Israel (the chef) can create dishes that can meet your needs.

Sorry for the delay. Been offline for a bit. Yes depends where you are docked. We stayed in Cozumel and had a rental car.
