Very good food and service in a family run restaurant. Small, <25 seats, but worth the wait if you have too; turnover reasonable. We ate here in '15 before I started reviewing and the quality hasn't changed. We wanted a small meal this time and...More

Fish, Garlic and Lime soups were what I enjoyed most about this location. We stayed at the Casa Jalapeno apartment, so really only feet away. I order Cappuccino to-go from them almost every morning. Everything was very good here and enjoyed many meals.

I went here multiple times during my month-long stay. I enjoyed the fish torta very much and it was only 30 pesos. Breakfast is tasty as well! Definite worth a visit, and If you’re on a budget definitely go .

Nice authentic place, serving good Mexican food at a reasonable price. Try their daily specials, great caldo de res (beef stew) on Fridays!

Stopped in on a day trip after a local suggested we go here for tacos. Had chicken, carne, and fish. The tortillas are excellent! The fish was awesome. Can’t wait to visit again!

This place is in the heart of the downtown tourist area, but it's totally authentic and delicious. Mostly locals there for breakfast.

Eggs were very tasty. The rancheros come with chorizo. They make things as you order. Lemonade with chaya was delicious.

After reading some of the trip advisor review I decided to dine here. I ordered the chicken mole and lobster kabob. The chicken mole is just a drum stick drenched in okay mole sauce. The lobster was like rubber with some veggies. The portions were...More
