Two enjoyed full egg breakfasts including fresh fruit, soft tortillas, and coffee for less than $9 us. Plastic tablecloths, nothing fancy, but nicely prepared.

My husband and I decided to have dinner here after reading the positive TripAdvisor reviews. We ordered guacamole, chicken fajitas and chicken tacos. The guacamole was very good. However, the rest of our food was just OK. We were also disappointed in the service. Our waiter was unfriendly and almost bothered by our presence. There are certainly better options on... More

Small restaurant - nothing fancy. Few tables - but worth the wait We went off of the TA review the first time .... and then unanimously picked it for our "last meal" on the island. Apparently its Mayan cuisine (found out later). The chicken mole was some of the BEST ever (and we have had a lot). The steak platter... More

Great tacos!!!! Also a great place to get a torta. We ate there twice during our week long stay. Great for a small bite or full meal for not a lot of money. A good escape from El Centro.

The wonderful smell of grilled chicken is what drew us into this small corner restaurant. We were not disappointed. Delicious!

They have a place at the downtown Loncheria (near the post office and mercado) and another place in downtown a block off Hidalgo. A total of 7 tables, and great Mexican food at reasonable prices. Mostly locals, but evidenced by my most recent trip, the tourists have caught on.

We stumbled upon this place when looking for another restaurant it is a true local spot. We've had chicken and pork tacos, cheese empanadas, chicken tostadas and hot cakes with ham & eggs so far. We're still here so you never know we might be back. Very good food

Poc Chuc might be really good for other meals, too, but I only had the pleasure of breakfasting, and I'll be back!
