Great food and service, local island flavors and some typical American favotites. Off the beaten restaurant row and worth the walk.

Went here after we had recommendations from a few other people we met on the island. My only regret is we didn't go sooner, I would of eaten here every morning. The cazuela breakfast dish they are known for was out of this world, we had the one with asparagus. Also tried the crepe with tomato and onion and this... More

Love La Cazuela M J. Have followed their three moves to current location. The Cazuela's are so good some where between an omelet and a souffle.

This is a must , every trip. The Cazuela's are heavenly. Add the tortilla and hot sauce, and your all set. Hot cakes are too bad either! Fruit???? DIVINE!

We asked our cab driver to take us to the best breakfast in Isla Mujeres. He didn't hesitate and took us to La Cazuela - where they have the most amazing breakfast dish. It's like an omelet and quiche with veggies and ham and cheese all baked into the amazing dish!! This was unique and so fabulous. Totally a small... More

This is one of our favorite breakfast places. This is the only restaurant, that we are aware of, that has breakfast casseroles. My favorite is the classica, but all of the breakfasts are great.

This is a nice quaint out of the mainstream restaurant that serves great breakfasts. Their cazuela egg dish is a must!! Staff are friendly & courteous.

While this restaurant has had multiple locations...the food and service has never changed. The cazuels are to die for, and the banana and Nutella crepes are just as outstanding!! Chef Marco is amazing.

We had to stop in after walking by and seeing one of the Cazuela creations being served. WOW we ended up having breakfast there twice during our stay. We've never had anything like it before. So many combos to try we will be back next trip. Just watch out the plates are hot enough to burn your fingers. We enjoyed... More

We have been eating the Cazuela Amanecer here for 18 years. It is still one of our top ten dishes in the world. White asparagus, finely chopped ham, gouda cheese and herbs baked with an egg on top. A taste sensation like no other.
