Thank you for your review! The only day we were requesting reservations was on the 25th of December, and 1st of January, since we fill up. But I am glad the staff was of service, and you enjoyed your meal! All the best for 2018.

We love it here. The food is just so good, every single morsel. Luscious wines. You can't go to Merida and not visit (or stay at) this special place 30 min from center of town. Just Uber there. A romantic, spacious, luxury hotel, restaurant and...More

The food is always well prepared and the service exceptional. My shock came when I went to the front desk to make another purchase and was told it would cost 90 pesos to use my AMEX card purchase something. I was totally shocked. My purchase...More

Hello, Priscilla. The tickets to the concert you wanted to buy cost $200 if paid in cash, and $290 if paid via CC. This is clearly stated on the programs we send out to our mailing list, which I believe you are not on. (We...More

This restaurant is truly exquisite and perfect for a romantic evening. The soaring ceilings and the decor along with the excellent choices on the menu make this a true doing experience. The service is excellent, and the food perfect.

Based on our experience, I don't know why this restaurant isn't ranked higher. We stopped here for a late lunch after spending the day in Merida. First off, the Hacienda is beautiful. They seated us in the outdoor patio, which was so pretty and even...More
