We asked our taxi driver where we could eat some local food and he brought us here. So happy he did! Everything in here is made locally, from the wooden furniture of the table and chairs (and baby highchair) The decor is a mashup of...More

Lovely family run place. There's no menu you just pick from what's made. Enjoyable experience, very casual but a good meal and fairly cheap. Perfect if you were alone or with a few friends. The freshly made juices are a nice addition too.

When you come in, there's no menu, you choose directly in the kitchen. It can be difficult to understand what it is if you don't speak Spanish but you can look at the food! We took albondigas (meatballs) with rice and black beans puree, pepper...More

El Tacoqueto is a great little place in the middle of Tulum town. It has a selection of about 8 dishes to choose from. Seems quite authentic. Good for lunch or a very casual dinner.

Great lunch selections - my friend and I went back several times and ordered various offerings and we were not disappointed.

The place does not have a menu; you look through the kitchen window and see what they have, and choose. No cervezas, though. The food is simple, but tasty. And the prices very cheap. The kids loved the mole de pollo, and they made us...More
