Very convenient in the heart of the Tulum district near the entrance to the ruins. You pay for the convenience. Decent meal, but nothing extraordinary -- I had carne asada tacos and others in the party had vegetarian burritos.

We went here for supper last night and ordered the seafood platter for 2. It was tasty and filling for us. The price/value was quite good for us too. We enjoyed our meal and had live music to accompany our meal which was nice. The service had been good until the end. The way they charged their tip left us... More

The live music was a great compliment to the tasty food and drinks! As soon as we sat down, they brought out baskets of chips along with pico de gallo (which was too spicy to eat, even for my mom, who has never met a pepper too spicy) and some pickled vegetables. How different and delicious, especially the pickled garlic.... More

Arrachera ( flank steak) for that was very tasty , wonderful fish and chicken tacos for our friends Drinks were sting and everything was reasonably priced Great for "people watching "... More

We went there with our driver & guide for lunch (after visiting Coba and before visiting Tulum). It was really good and we'd recommend it. We had the grilled fish and the chicken fajitas. If you want our driver/guide's contact information, feel free to contact us. We were HIGHLY satisfied and would gladly provide our recommendation. :) Cheers! :D

This place is a little more polished than the local restaurants, and serves alcohol which is nice. Everything is good, but for real good local food I'd go somewhere a bit less polished.

We're staying in a house a couple towns over and have decided that we like the food here the best. It's really excellent. They have great musicians playing nice, unobtrusive music. Stroll the shops after a nummy dinner.

We loved Don Cafeto - think we went four or five times over two weeks. Amazing value for money, great service and simple, well-cooked meals. The live music gives it a great atmosphere. Really don't miss coming here!
