This place is always full. The bar area is mostly expats and the restaurant area mostly Mexican couples. At least on the night we went. The food was acceptable. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either. Having been once, I wouldn't go again!

Sadly while having a beer at Hank's I saw a cockroach scurrying across the bar. A few moments later my wife said she had just seen a cockroach. I was convinced that I wasn't seeing things. There's no way I was going to eat in...More

After some heavy-duty shopping, we wanted refreshment. Hank’s was the choice, someone had recommended it. Seemed a bit odd yet pleasantly so to have the New Orleans theme. Darling waitress Edith with a huge smile. Immediately realized Tuesday was 2 for 1 margarita day. Also...More

Had 2 margaritas for the price of one........be careful......they are mixed strong and the free popcorn can only soak up so much. Your seatmates at the bar tend to be interesting fellows.....it was quite fun, loud and day of the dead events added extra magic.

Went for dinner and was disappointed. Raucous drunks in the bar - mainly all Americans. Food is Creole and not at all healthy. We ordered a drink and left to find a nicer, quieter place for dinner.

Hanks is a very lively place - fun to go to even if you're not a regular. Menu is extensive (Reuben Sandwich, etc.) and the food is good. A little more expensive than the mid-price places.

My wife and I have eaten here at least three times based on the reassurance of friends that the cuisine had improved Not So! While the decor and service are acceptable the food is just plain awful—butter oxidized, french fries with a lingering taste of...More

Local hangout. Friendly bartenders cater to solos. Sports on multiple TVs. Come cheer on your favorite team. New Orleans vibe. Always full.

A noisy place with loud music and 2nd rate food. We were hustled to our table and served a bad Cosmopolitan which my friend was unable to drink. No thanks. Never again!

Hank's is the new name of the famous Harry's Restaurant with 12 years of history in Mexico, since 1999 in San Miguel Allende and since 2004 in Queretaro. Hank's is a bit of Louisiana and its "French Quarter", which offers the traditional Cajun cuisine from New Orleans. The atmosphere at Hank's is incomparable, you can enjoy a delicious dinner or spend a pleasant evening in the bar, drinking a margarita, a martini or a devastating hurricane while listening to jazz music.
