If we have out of town guests that are here on a Thursday, we always bring them to this stunning bar/restaurant that turns into a lively dance hall. Instructors give free salsa and cumbia lessons before the band starts up around 8. Reserve a high top table for 4-6 near the floor for the best view of the dancers. The... More

I ate here once and it was very good, but the main draw for me was the salsa dancing on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. There is a 2-hr lesson in salsa and bachata on Tuesdays and the same Thursdays with a live band after. Great fun! It's located right next to the Parroquia on Calle Hidalgo.

Homemade tortillas right by our table served warm with fresh butter and sauces! W had lots of very good margaritas and everything was delicious. From the enchiladas, steak, shrimp tempura tacos , guacamole, and creamed spinach was divine. Will go back!

Stop by this restaurant to view the beautiful ceiling and bar. They have some very interesting items on the menu like worm or ant egg tacos. We did not try these dishes. We ordered more traditional dishes. They have a very nice wine list as well. The service was amazing.

The big secret here is the dancing!! Tuesday and Thursday 6-8 pm salsa lessons take place that anyone can join. Have a Margarita and let go....it's great exercise and a good place to meet others. Then on Thursday evening stay after for dinner and a live salsa band with more dancing under the stars when the glass roof opens up... More

We went with local friends who come here every week to go salsa dancing. It was great fun to watch and by the end of the evening the dance floor was packed. Live music (Cuban). Great drinks and appetizers. Excellent service. Fun place to drop by, even if you don't dance (although there's a cover charge.)
