It's right on the plaza, the chai is great, the exchange rate is posted, the bathrooms are clean and well maintained and the wifi is free. What's not to like?

Brewed coffee so weak I wondered if it was coffee. If this is a franchise, it should be jerked or made to comply with Starbucks standards. If you want a great cup of coffee in San Miguel not far from Starbucks, go to Lavanda.

I love the coffee and great chocolate donuts and comfortable surroundings. And of course the friendly service.

The staff sometimes gets annoyed at tourists who have trouble figuring out the complex log in. It is the worst in Mexico if not the world. It is not really "complimentary" wifi when you have to jump through hoops each time. El Jeffe of this location needs to become customer focused while raking in the cash in order not to... More

Perfect location right by la Parroquia and all of centro. Lots of seating and variety: tables, benches, leather chairs, stools, couches outside in the courtyard. Wifi is strong, plenty of plugs available. Staff is friendly and kind. Once I left my wallet behind and they safely held it in the back office until I returned. This is my current favorite... More

In the center of San Miguel's plaza area is the only franchised name in this historic district. The sign is minimal but the interior comfortably furnished in leather couches and hardwood tables. The staff is attentive and prompt as you'd expect. The selection of pastries is standard fare and with this city's many fine bakeries I find it hard to go... More

I went to Starbucks boutique and they took hours to attend me even if was empty the place... The service was awful, I hear the ladies talking behind my back... Terrible experience completely racist and elitist... Can't believe racist exist in 2016

I have visited a lot of Starbucks, but none nicer than the one in SMA. First, it has a prime location right on the corner of Hidalgo and El Jardín in the historical center of the city. Second, the decor is first class. A rustic interior accompanied by comfortable lounge chairs makes this a most inviting space for coffee or... More

It's amazing how Starbucks can harmonize their facilities whatever they are. It's a well known place in the unknown.
