I visited Rincón Maya looking for a place to have a late lunch (6pm) and the place surprised me. It is located in a nice "Plaza" with a church and a garden. The place is very local, families and friend of the area, I even wonder if it listed as a tourist attraction. Anyway the food is great if you... More

We were recommended this place, but I must say it was such a disappointment because there were many things wrong. - It is not very tourist friendly, there was only one menu in english in the whole restaurant, for two people it is enough, if another one speaks spanish. And I'm not so sure if the staff even speak english.... More

We were looking for good restaurant to eat and we found it in this place. Staff was very friendly and gave good recommendations. I recommend Cochinita Pibil. Good balance food/quantity/price.

Had a great meal here. Nice location, near square and church. Nice building. Good food. Pleasant waiter. Very reasonable prices. Give it a shot!

The only thing saving this place is the idea of having nice southern food in the north of Mexico. Terrible service, waiter only gave me a knife forgetting my fork. I got it after the starter luckily. Food took ages to arrive even when the place was not full. It was nearly cold and spilled over the base plate.Waiter never... More

The phone number is wrong in trip advisor, I called to book a reservation and failed. At my hotel the front desk called and asked if they took reservations and also Amex cards, the restaurant didn't recognize the Amex card and mentioned if the blue or Aeromexico and at the end they decline to accept Amex cards

Absolutely fantastic! The staff were great. The service was great and the food sublime. The menu is the perfect mix of everything traditional Yucatan. We ordered one of each from the appetizer section and then an entree. The flavors of each dish were amazing. Distinct and perfectly balanced. There was not one thing I did not enjoy. I highly recommend... More

It is crowded so Mexicans seem to love it. Some stuff simply looks a bit strange yet the taste is okay. Probably Yucatán authentic.

The Mayan dishes taste very original. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and can be very crowded since it is a popular place. I had the pan de canon and that was excellent. The portions of tequila and mezcal are very large. The prices are very modest indeed.

I loved the food here!! While visiting Aguascalientes we ate here three times. Each time the food was amazing. We tried many different plates offered on the menu and we were delighted each time. The service was great despite how crowded the restaurant was each time. Obviously this is a popular place. I highly recommend eating here. It is a... More
