Stopped here on our visit to Banff as alternative to hotel breakfast and were not disappointed. Two families with 8 kids from age 10 to 19 all enjoyed the awesome breakfast paninis and great granola. It’s simple, fresh, and friendly. Picked up some lovely stuff...More

The best coffee in Banff that I have had. The sandwiches were good value for money. But the staff were not a friendly bunch, no smiles.

The baked goods are delicious. A great place to stop for soup and sandwich for lunch or for coffee and bread for breakfast.

Considering how hard it is to find decent coffee in the entire North American continent, we lucked across Wild Flour for lunch on our first day. It doesn’t hurt that the front of house staff are mostly Aussies trained to make coffee back home (I’m...More

Each day we were there they had a limited selection of sandwiches on their fabulous bread. They appeared to have a choice of three. They always had a vegetarian offering too.
