As a whole, we felt the food at Lake Louise was not fantastic. We were satisfied with our mid range priced meal of a burger platter and a quesadilla plate. The dining atmosphere was okay.

This is an affordable place that we didn't expect to have many vegetarian options. We both ordered the vegetarian pad thai & it was delicious! It was a good portion & had a nice spice without being too spicy. They had a good selection of...More

For a location with top-end prices in every other respect, Bill Peyto's is very reasonable indeed. We ate there twice during our three nights at Lake Louise Inn (just across the road) and tried various burgers plus some very good Alberta beer. We had to...More

We waited patiently for table and enjoyed a cold beer and hot meal with friends. Home made tomatoe soup excellent. Pasta enjoyed by others in party. Salad fresh and crispy. Servers friendly helpful and efficient. Worth the wait. Will be back.

Only downside is they don't take reservation or don't take any names, you just have to wait in line. Best poutine and best chicken burgers.

We stayed at Lake Louise Inn and this restaurant was across the road in the Youth Hostel. We only had to wait 5 minutes for a table as you can't book and the service was excellent. We had burgers and a pitcher of beer (plus...More

We were looking for a moderate place to eat with good food and were told by a local 'this is where we all eat.' We were staying at the Post Hotel and walked across the parking lot, through the woods on a lovely short trail,...More

We were staying over the road at Lake Louise Inn (not worth it) and came here for both dinner and breakfast. What a find! The food was outstanding, the welcome friendly and the prices keen. The only downside is that it is so popular you...More

We had eaten dinner at this restaurant a year ago and the burgers were frozen pre made and boring. When we saw it was fairly well rated this year we thought we would give it another try. We confirmed with our server ( who either...More

It's approx. 4 km from the Chateau Lake Louise to the Cafe. There is no designated path for pedestrians. The road is quite crowded as it is the only entry and exit to Lake Louise. If you are planning to visit in 2017 it may... More

We did breakfast at Bill Peyto's Cafe as soon as it opened in morning. Quick. Then did a short trip to Lake Moraine for photos. Had been there the previous day so didn't spend a lot of time there. Then stopped off at... More
