We decided to hike to Lake Agnes Teahouse as we never been before. It took us one hour to get there because we took too many pictures and enjoyed the view of Lake Louise, Mirror Lake and the Waterfalls along the way. It's definitely worth...More

Most people hike to the tea house. You can also do a trail ride. Either way, expect the tea house to be crowded. Bring cash, as they do not take cards. Service is slow. Be prepared for a wait.

After an energetic early morning hike, we were greeted by friendly staff and beautiful views! Best to hit the trail early and avoid the crowds.

This hike was a bit of a challenge but we stopped many times along the way. It took us about 1 1/2 hours to get to the tea house but was definitely worth it. Take your time, wear proper footwear and bring water. Persevere it's...More

The food was good, the selection of teas is wide, and it is an obvious destination. The service is a bit hit and miss ("Oh, a tuna sandwich, I thought you said Hummus"). The queues can be long - especially on a summer weekend day....More

A beautiful stop at the end of the hike. If there is a free table, take it! You will not regret the experience. I had the tea and quinoa salad, both were great! There are bathrooms here as well.

The teahouse at Lake Agnes is a must visit if you are in the Banff/Lake Louise area. The hike to get there is not particularly hard although in the 60/90 minutes you need to get there (depending on your pace) you'll climb quite a lot...More

The tea house was everything I expected and more, and very glad we made the visit. Basic supplies are flown in by helicopter once a year and all other supplies are carried up by staff on a daily basis - amazing. It is a little...More

After an hour hiking there comes a beautiful tea house besides lake Agnes. You may seat outside the house seeing beautiful scenery of lake and mountains . There are hot drinks that make you recover fast .

Sorry I am not sure but if you contact them directly they do get back to you. I had asked about if they except reservations ( they do not ) and she called me back with a day.

"Its a seasonal teahouse (like the Plane of 6 glaciers teahouse, which is listed on TripAdvisor), located on Lake Agnes in the Lake Louise area. A 2.5 mile hike brings you to this amazing little historic hut, perched on the rim of a cliff and looking over a lake to The Beehive and mountains beyond. So incredible to stumble across. Whats wonderful is that they have over 100 kinds of teas, good sandwiches and soups, and quite a selection of baked goods (gluten-free included!)".
