Having a ladies day out, we had a pedicure and facial and then wanted something absolutely perfect for a really late lunch. One friend suggested KInjo and man what a great experience. The people looking after us were exceptional and eager to make our day a made in heaven lunch and it was. If you haven't experience this you must... More

I order from this place once in awhile as they are on Skip The Dishes website. I have never been disappointed. Sushi is delicious!

We went to Kinjo due to my sister and her husband, for a lunch. They said that we needed to experiment real sushi and oriental food, since there isn't much options in our city. And we had the opportunity to verify that it was true. Starting from the staff, almost too much friendly, the experience was memorable. The plates varied,... More

We decided to eat here one night while staying at the Delta. It was a holiday evening and most restaurants were closed, but Kinjo was opened and since I was craving Japanese we gave it a shot. The restaurant is quite unique, and has a conveyor system around the centre of the restaurant. Both times we came (we liked it... More

I like Kinjo though it has lost it’s appeal over the last year. They are starting to nickel and dime patrons and that’s never good for business. The food is good, though it was superb before. I hope they change back to what made them so successful when they opened. I.e. Large portions, excellent quality, included refills, fast service and... More

When you first walk in the door you can basically sit anywhere but a host will seat you. Very open concept with tables placed around the L-shaped kitchen so you can see your food being prepared. Each menu item is unique so it may take you sometime to order if a novice or easy to find favorites for seasoned veterans.... More

Kinjo was yummy but not the best Ive had. Prices were fair though. Staff was great and its neat to sit by the sushi boat that goes around and around and around and around.. k you get it... interior was actually cold and seats were uncomfortable, just for that reason Im not sure if I would go back. Free pockys... More

We love this location, always nice staff to greet you. Love the boat service and watching the sushi chef's working away. The sushi is good and fresh and the complimentary box Pocky is always welcomed

Came here for dinner. First time visit and was very impressed. Very lively atmosphere and very good quality of sushi was compared to other places in Calgary. Received complementary maki after sitting down. The conveyor boats (belt) is a unique feature of this Kinjo location. Reminds me of the time I was in Tokyo. Don't forget to collect customer loyalty... More
