We were here for a Sunday brunch. The waiters are very accommodating. We were sitting near a fireplace but it was not on. I told the waiter I was cold and she immediately turned it on. The food was delicious. The waiters came around with...More

Starting with variety of freshly made salads, which were followed by B-B-Q items brought to the table by the Restaurant personnel. Well prepared beef, chicken wings, baked ham, etc...All was VERY tasty.

I returned to Bolero this thanksgiving weekend with my sister and her family. As always, it was fantastic. Meat aplenty and pineapple to die for. I wished I could have ate more! I wasnt overly impressed with the salad bar this visit but that could...More

We had been to each of the other three Brazilian style BBQ restaurants in Calgary and decided to try this one too. Finding it was a bit confusing in that it shares the same address as the Smuggler's Inn. As it turns out, Bolero is...More

Four of us ended up grabbing dinner here on what looked like a pretty slow night with not many tables. That worked out to our advantage, along with being seated fairly close to the kitchen we enjoyed an almost non-stop parade of beef, chicken, &...More

Great meal, food was delicious. Service was great as well. Salad bar could be a little better. But it’s really about the meat.

Friendly staff, plenty of salad bar options, more meat than you can handle, grilled pineapple that's to die for, and no room left for dessert. Plan on taking your time and pacing yourself for a yummy dining experience. On the higher end of my budget...More

It was good meat, etc but I would never spend that much if not for having a gift card. Service was great, it's just expensive. I bought a peach flavoured iced tea (only to use up my card) in a very 'average' sized glass and...More

Food was not bad, can't complani, but when you have been asked: " How much tip should I add to your total bill?", one star is max what you can get. Tipping is NOT mandatory, I tip if I want to tip, but I do...More

Great atmosphere. Not the cheapest place in town, but well worth it if you're a meat lover. Very good selection, and you can eat until your heart's content. Definitely something for everyone, but make sure you leave room for frozen banana cheesecake at the end!...More

Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!
