We are not original residents of Edmonton so we took a two night staycation at the hotel. My 9 year old loved the theme room. It was exciting watching her. We went to a movie and did some late shopping. We loved the sea lions show. The rooms are pricey. The food is so so. The in room hot tub... More

This can be a romantic getaway for couples in a fantasy theme like room. Also great for family themes as well for kids with imaginations.

We stayed in a Roman Suite and if was perfect as it was a stop over for a few days on our return from our honeymoon in Argentina. Loved being able to just walk out of hotel to all the shops and restaurants within the West Edmonton Mall. The hotel provided excellent service and our room was perfect!

Front desk and other staff always pleasant and helpful at anytime u ran into someone. They move your luggage for u to the other room. The rooms are clean, and lots of space if u choose either luxury themed or... More

I stayed in the Fantasyland Hotel while on conference at in Edmonton. The conference was in the attached conference centre which was perfect for getting in and out of meetings. It was also nice to have lots of options for eating and getting drinks in the mall and surrounding restaurants. A few of us would grab drinks after a long... More

This hotel is very convenient as it is located in the mall so you can walk in to all the shopping and attractions. The Theme rooms are great but unfortunately quite expensive.

One of the noisiest places I have stayed. Haven't been able to sleep so far. It's $20 for a burger from downstairs, and the toilet paper is sand paper....when we pay this kind of money I expect more. I will save the money and make the drive to the mall next time. I have a 4 and 6 year old,... More

Have stayed here lots over the years mainly due to location and that's about it. They just don't try, I e-mailed them after my last stay telling them their Valet tried to bribe me and get me to pay him a "Special deal" in cash and they never even bothered responding. Rooms are getting dated and I really don't like... More
