We really enjoyed our meal here. Both Food and Service were excellent and we really appreciated that the inevitable music was pleasant and not too loud. Since we were staying at the Sawridge Inn an added bonus was that the Olive Bistro was closer than...More

We were attracted by the menu, and the local advertising and the food was really tasty - but the service was slow. There was one waitress serving probably 6 tables and another behind the bar, but we were left waiting for food, and for the...More

Had dinner there for two nights in a row. Service was great (waiter Daryl), food is good. Didn't have to wait for a table, but that is maybe because we were there october 7 and 8.

This restaurant was within walking distance of the Crimson Jasper, our hotel. I liked the mountainous view, the food was yummy, and drinks were tasty. I liked the Roasted Vegetable Tart, even though the bottom of the crust was a bit burnt. It was overall,...More

We ate here in the conservatory area, which did become quite cold as people came and went. The menu looks good but I thought that the food was just average, nothing special at all. Would not recommend

Being adjacent to our hotel, we chose the Olive for supper. Rather than selecting the entrees, we ordered shard plates such as the 'Artisan Cheese Plate' and 'Coconut Prawns'. Well prepared and presented. The draft local Jasper wheat-beer was a great accompaniment.

In our perpetual hunt for good Bison Burgers we came to the Olive Bistro. We were not disappointed. The place has a great ambience. It is quiet and romantic while still being trendy. The food was delicious, the service was great. I would recommend!

Coconut breaded prawns with spicy mango dip? Bison and chorizo lasagne? Side Greek salad? Yes, yes, yes, a million times yes. If I had to pick a favourite meal of this trip...this is it. (Anna liked the cocktails, again)
