I just discovered this place even though it appears to be a local favorite. Great food. Hard working staff and a Caribbean atmosphere

The pork jerk soup is just the right amount of spice. A thick and flavourful soup with chunks of spicy pork. And bonus marks for the Johnny Cakes that come with it. Always a great place no mater what you order. Excellent.

The cafe is somewhat small, but adequate. Best for a group of 2-6 people. Service has been absolutely superior to almost all breakfast establishments in Kamloops. Friendly and considerate staff never let you sit with an empty glass/mug. The food however steals the show by far. If you enjoy spicy and savory meals, this place has what you're looking for...
