Didn't eat, but the lattes are worth returning for! The barista is engaging and the setting is great for what's left of the downtown core.

Interesting and tasty soups and sandwiches. Come early for lunch...this place packs out almost every day. And the artwork changes regularly...all local and very talented artists show and sell their work here.

We have eaten here a couple of times. Both times we were impressed with the homemade soup. Not only are the bowls huge ($6.00) but the quality is outstanding. The cafe is modern and spotless. The staff are friendly and the art on the walls is very interesting. Well worth a try.

My husband and I shared a salad and sandwich with soup. The soup was kind of bland; bread on the sandwich was hard to bite off (tough). The salad looked very pretty; nicely presented, but the lettuce was a bit brown (definitely not as fresh as I like). The service was fast and good. The Latte I had was excellent.... More

I just moved here from downtown Toronto and was missing my favourite independent coffee places where I like to take my laptop and work. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the atmosphere inside Saint-Germain Cafe is lovely. The gallery-feel is bright and airy. The music was great. The service was friendly and the coffee was good. It... More

This is a great option for anyone looking for a lunch spot in downtown Penticton. I have been there many times and have found both the food and the service to be top notch. Its small so come early or late as lunch time is busy. Great soup and Sand specials.

Good cafe'; great apple scone; nice egg, ham and cheese baguette. Worth the visit. By the time we left, there was a line.

Delish coffee, art, free wifi and a couple big tables to work -- what more could you ask for? St. Germain offers the perfect airy environment to hunker down and pound out a few hours of work. Soft music plays as you get your work creative on. Find your way just behind the main counter to the rustic wood table... More
