From the valets to the bussers to the servers to the management team... it was all hands on deck and it made for a very enjoyable evening of beverages, dinner and good company. Our server, Lyndsay, was always there when we needed anything, our water glasses were always topped up and everything was right there when we needed it. We... More

Beautiful views, solid food, good service. Highly recommend the fish dishes. On a nice night, one of the best places outside of downtown.

I brought my elderly mother here for lunch as she loves sablefish (black cod) and her fish was tasty and fresh. It came with a side of very dry bland brown rice, 2 half baby carrots that were too crunchy (not al dente) and a few green beans which were veiny and half of a baked tomato. Other than the... More

My husband and I went to the restaurant to celebrate our 25th anniversary together. We had the best view of Vancouver’s skyline! We’ve been to the establishment (as locals) many times before and, in my opinion, the experience was (overall) less than expected… Appetizers were rushed and arrived before we finished our cocktails: “Kitchen beat the Bar”, so to speak…... A true favourite. Excellent cuisine pretty much every time I've eaten here. This is a fave of mine for Sunday brunch- the food never disappoints. The ambiance is beautiful. The service has always been impeccable. The scenery is fabulous. And if you want a little aperitif by the cozy fireplace after dinner- they have that too. The food is definitely... More

The views of the city from this restaurant are remarkable and gorgeous. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The service is usually very good. I recommend using the parking service as parking can be difficult if the restaurant is busy. You will love this place. Ask for a table with a view and when it is warm outside, try... More

A beautiful restaurant with the best views of Downtown Vancouver with the mountains behind it. Service was very good, and the food was delicious, we enjoyed a very friendly waiter (not excessively friendly) always professional, didn't miss a detail at our table. We were not rushed, and they later called a taxi for us, in general they do take care... More

The location of this restaurant atop an important Vancouver landmark and tourist attraction, with nice views, creates the expectation of good food. Sadly, the stuff that is served here is more on the level of some highway diner for truckers halfway between Chilliwack and Hope somewhere. Once the food came, I understood why there would be so many empty tables... More

I was quite surprised by the food at Seasons this past Saturday, and unfortunately, not in a good way. I had the Grilled Veal Paillard, which I hate to say, was tasteless. The meat was bland, and the risotto was watery. My boyfriend's Duck Confit Pizza was similar; we could barely taste the duck and the tomato sauce only brought... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Shaughnessy
Residential neighbourhood to the ultra-wealthy, the gorgeous manor houses centred around The Crescent area are a fabled sight to behold. Shaughnessy is Vancouver's most verdant plotted neighbourhood, and its tree-lined streets, walking routes, bike trails, and charming public parks make for an ideal location to spend and afternoon communing with nature. Consequently, it is also the botanical centre of the city, featuring conservatories and an expansive Botanical Garden, taming and sculpting the wild into seasonal viewing areas and enchanting landscapes. Quiet, elegant Shaughnessy excels at providing the Three Gs: Gardens, Golfing, and Galleries.
