Great variety of foods, wine and spirits with a Canadian influence. The drinks are special, the wine sampling is superb. In the middle of Granville Island you should not miss this on your travels

My wife had the rabbit orecchiette, I had the fried chicken. Both were very good. Also great were the cocktails - the duck fat infused Manhattan was tremendous, in particular. Our server was attentive, but not overbearing. A great meal at a fair price.

Open all afternoon, which was nice because we had just emerged from the theatre across the street at 4:30. The ambience was lively without being noisy, the food was really, really good, and our waitress, Alana, was one of the best I've ever encountered: smart, fast, friendly, helpful with food suggestions without being either vague or pushy, willing to be... Located on Granville Island across from the Market this restaurant prides itself on serving "Canadian" cuisine and boasts an excellent selection of British Columbia wines. Although it has a few unusual menu items, such as seal pasta, bison tartare and beef shin poutine ( a couple of which I have tried on previous visits), for this lunch I decided to... More

Went to Edible Canada yesterday to check out their new menu (we go every few months) and to have a few drinks, and as usual it was a great time. I love this restaurant because they really strive to highlight local Canadian ingredients and the menu is always very diverse. We had the Honey Butter Basted Fried Chicken with homemade... More

We came to this restaurant to try the unique ingredients that you would normally not find in a restaurant. During dine-out Vancouver, we ordered bison tartare, tagliatelle with seal meat, and orecchiette with rabbit meat. All the dishes tasty and flavorful, especially the seal, which resembled more of a gamey ground beef texture. If you love a food Canadian adventure,... More

Don't waste your time. The food was average and the service was poor. Much better places to eat in Vancouver.

If you're like me, you enjoy food mostly because of the sharing and ediscovery. Edible Canada has that approach and I love them for it. Taste, share, learn... perfect :)

I love that this restaurant focuses on Canadian food, and they do it well. We went for the Dine Out Vancouver event and tried the seal meat, it was delicious. Wine menu is great (and I don't think it is easy to have a great wine menu with only Canadian wines) and the other things on the menu were also... More

Whoa, exotic food served well! Quite an experience to eat seal and bison tartare, served very tasty. Really a worthwhile experience, excellent sides and 'standard' foods make this a must do when in Vancouver!
