Dined for lunch. The service was fair to poor, the waiter never once returned to inquire on drink refills, had to flag him down. The seafood pasta dish was mediocre, should have been called "Find the seafood in the pasta if you can" Tried the...More

Waiters were nice enough. Food was bland, average, and dry - nothing special about the food. We'd heard great things about this restaurant before going, but didn't think there was anything noteworthy or interesting. Wouldn't go again and wished we'd gone to some other restaurant.

A good and varied menu, good service, excellent food (half chicken and steelhead trout), lively vibe but not loud. Air con a bit too cool where we sat. Would happily return.

Friends from England and ourselves had dinner at the Flying Pig in Yaletown. Our server greeted us warmly and from that moment on, it was a great experience. We would highly recommend you visit the "Flying Pig"

Visited at lunchtime and sat outside. They actually warned us to keep all our belongings well inside the railings around the patio. You're on a main tourist street that inevitably attracts a lot of homeless people that seem to be omnipresent throughout the busy areas...More

Rigatoni and trout dinners were very good. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Good variety on the menu. Sat on the patio but wouldn't recommend this if you are not comfortable being approached by multiple homeless people. If you choose to wave them away they were...More

Had a pre-show dinner at Fying Pig which was our first time there. A small group waited outside but we were sitted within minutes. Pretty LOUD - but tables are not on top of each other (Hello Kissa Tanto) so it was fine. Service is...More

Six of us dined at The Flying Pig - everyone of us was delighted with our dinner. The size of the servings was very generous, the quality of the food was 1st class and the service was faultless- I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Thanks for the question Trish. The Flying Pig doesn't take reservations for dinner and seats on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to drop by and if we are unable to seat you right away, we'll put you on our... More
