Food is pub style food. Service is fast and friendly. One of the few pubs I know of that have Guineas on tap ( this is the only way to drink Guiness). I find the food is pretty good. Can watch sports on TV if...More

The Black Frog has a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Nice view of the Steamclock while you eat. Delicious food that is moderately priced. Great place for a beer. Highly recommend.

Popped in hoping to use wi-fi to watch a champions league game, unnecessary as the game I wanted was on the big screen, oh joy!! Really nice venue, great value and quality food. Extensive range of beers and very friendly staff

Liked the place, service and the food was good! It would have been nicer if the food would have been presented on the plate with a little bit of care. Also there was not enough of it on the plate, fries don’t cost a lot...More

Great brew for my hubby - Bridge brewery and nice Chardonnay for me. Reasonable prices. Food smelled really good, but not hungry. Could see the steam clock while relaxing. Good service. Would stop in again!

Four of us stopped in here for late night dinner, couldn't get any service. After 10-15 minutes we finally got some drinks, then gave up waiting on the waitress to return to put a food order in. My daughter said it wasn't usually like that,...More

I had the pork snitzel with lingonberry sauce and veges. It was tasty and value for money: the size was entree and it was a big meal. They make a good black and tan.

This is a bar/restaurant with a view of trains and distantly Canada Place in one direction snd the Gastown steam clock in another. Service was friendly but slow, the beer suggestion was good, and the menu both interesting snd tasty. Mini Yorkshire puddings filled with...More

A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and
stepping into a bygone era. With the distinction of
being Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, the many
plaques that stud the cobbled streets of Gastown tell
the story of its colorful past, giving Vancouver's
history a more lively presence here than anywhere
else. Having been originally founded around a popular
worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of
