The Penang Delight Cafe specializes in Malaysian cuisine. As with many Asian restuarants this cafe also closes between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. We discovered that the curry and mango dishes were quite nice.

Outstanding Indonesian food. We recently visited Bali and this is the only restaurant we know in Vancouver that offers authentic food better than what we had in Bali. Service friendly, toilets super clean as is restaurant, low rent retail area, prices reasonable, food hot and fresh - outstanding in all respects

We were delighted to have found this place. I frequently visit Malaysia and I lived in Singapore for a few years, therefore I have some basis with which to evaluate Malaysian food. The food at this restaurant is good, similar or arguably even better to what you would get in Malaysia.

Amazing Malaysian food! This place is usually packed (and for good reason), so reservations are highly recommended.

The food reminds me of my grandmother's cooking when I was young. They do a great job! The service is usually quick even when they are packed out.

I loved this restaurant. Not for the service or attitude of the servers BUT for the great delicious food they served. So I keep on patronizing this location. Until last week, when I discover a long string of hair in their famous Penang shrimp roll. I was disappointed and alerted it to the servers attention. He, without looking at the... More

Good Malaysian cuisine with traditional flavour. Diversity of curry on the menu. Did try some really matching with rice.Best I like was the chicken wing with spacial spices.

Very authentic Malaysian food. Nicely decorated little restaurant with the southeast Asian theme. Been there a few times and never disappointed. Love the deep fry chicken wings and laksa. They close early at 9:30pm, last call at 9pm. So come early

I have been to this location several times and their Rupert St. location as well. The food is very tasty especially if you order the sambal greens, spicy sambal prawns. They have many good dishes on their menu so give it a try. The location attracts a lot of people and could get very busy. Parking is also limited plus... More

The mee goreng is the best you can get around this region. It is a tad bit expensive but the amount is quite decent ; Me and my wife normally end up buying 1 take away container and we share it with some salad on the side. Nothing can compare with the actual stuff from Singapore/Malaysia but for those missing... More
