Loved my mushroom eggs benny! So much flavour- had onion jam on it. Great service, nice atmosphere. Great Latte too. Only complaint is cost. Most I've ever paid for a benny. Desert yummy but $10.50 for a brownie???? Wish prices were better! But so good so will return.

I had heard a lot about Heirloom before and finally I pulled the trigger for my dads 64th Bday. The GM Miles was an absolute delight and his Bday cake surprise was outstanding. The food speaks for itself with one of the best veggie burgers we have ever tried. We also enjoyed some exquisite avocado frites and a really interesting... More

Got too excited eating it to snap a picture but I LOVED this place On returning from Toronto where I'd enjoyed vegan fine dining I said to a friend "wish we had a place like that here". Turns out we do! Love going to a place where I don't have to modify to get a vegan dish. Had the vegan... More

The atmosphere is open and bright with friendly (as most folks in Vancouver are) waiters and food for vegans and vegatarians. The Hash was so tasty and full of goodness and the homemade bread was also memorable. Located in a fun neighborhood to go shopping after and walk off the full tummy.

Fun little spot tucked off the main drag along sound Granville. Worth looking for. The vegan wrap is amazing. Bright and cheery place.

The food is overpriced, that's been said already. It's very good, but if the atmosphere isn't that great, I don't understand why people go there. It's so loud, you can't hear the person across from you. You get squished into small tables just a foot away from your table, so you're practically eating together. There was some music playing, but... More

I've now been here twice and enjoyed it each time. The place can get very busy but service has always been accurate and prompt. They've been super accommodative of friends with food sensitivities and everything is delicious. I actually can't wait to come back.

The rest of my family had already been and loved it, and now it was my turn. First impression: a bright and airy room (very different from the old, dark Primo's that used to be here), but very noisy. We were there at noon on a Sunday so it was understandably busy. Fortunately, we were seated after a short wait.... More

There is no denying that the food is incredible at Heirloom, however the prices are simply too high for what it is. Vegetarian fare should not be priced according to its meat counterparts.

Our meals were good but I couldn't stomach the prices. $20 for a rice bowl is pushing my upper limit.

Neighbourhood Profile
South Granville
The neighbourhood closest to the airport, a generous mix of locals and tourists populate the area. The blend has made it a go-to spot to find an eclectic collection of entertainment, from theatres and cinemas, to antique stores and last-minute kitsch souvenir shops. It gives off a transient vibe, and is one of the more higgledy-piggledy areas in terms of what you'll find, making it a fun area to explore and map out, all while taking in the hectic atmosphere of people coming and going, while others look for the best ways to spend their last few hours in the city.
