Just had lunch here yesterday and always enjoy their cuisine. The pork skewers and the roti are to die for especially with the absolutely superb peanut dipping sauce that comes with the skewers! My wife's boneless chicken curry was deemed fabulous and the rendang beef with roti that I had was good though the beef was a little dry due to... More

Disappointing, especially considering great reviews. Have lived in both East and West Malaysia so I'm spoiled for both good restaurant and home-cooked Malay food, and the food I ordered here didn't come (even a little bit) close to good food. The (light brown-yikes) Beef Rendang was a mess of tough, grisly meat in a runny, grainy type gravy, and what... More

Obscene amount of food and it just $25. Everything tasted great and they had lots of great beer options on tap to enjoy with their wonderful food! Glad we stopped in!

Went to this restaurant with my husband and have wanted to try it for a quite a long time. Well it is a bit over rated. The staff were polite but, they wanted to get you out the door for the next table of people to seat. The food was good the restaurant décor is nice. I think they have... More

I have been to this restaurant for lunch and this was the first time for dinner. Again it did not disappoint. The added bonus this time was that there were five of us so we were able to order several appetizers as well as entre to share. I could not think of one dish that was not good. From the... More

The food, oh the food. Settled with the 9 course meal, and it was an experience. The Cod was exceptional. Service was authentic and complimentary to the food. Definitely will be coming back.

We ate at the Banana Leaf in late November 2016. Menu choices are extensive, the food and service is very good and the prices are reasonable.

What a colourful and flavorful dinner! We got the 9 course dinner and loved it all. Especially the Sable fish and prawn curry.

Not having had Malaysian food in a while and being adventurous we decided to see how good this restaurant was. On learning it was quite popular and needed to make a reservation we did It was good advice. It was a busy place. Not wheel chair accessible - about 4 steps up. Luckily our handicapped nephew did not accompany us.... More
