We were celebrating two birthdays and it had been awhile since we last visited. The interior decor was elegant. The service fast, friendly and professional. The appetizer was a variation on a Deviled Egg combined with the ingredients of Pesto. It was a delight and we wanted to eat more. The main course was tasty and beautifully presented. We all... We went there for lunch and dinner at separate times. The quality of the food is outstanding and arrived at a reasonable time. The wine list is so-so quality and the price reflect on that. Kudos to the student chefs for the details in preparing each course. The cost for lunch and dinner is just unbeatable. Highly recommand!

Four of us returned to Bistro 101 on a Wednesday due to its great value where all wines are half off. We had 3 bottles--started out with a Lamarca Proseco then 2 bottles of the Sonoma Valley Kenwood Cab Sauvignon and it was yummy! Larmarca was $20 and Kenwood was $22.50 after the 50% discount so you can't beat this... More

Was taken her for my b-day early this year. Very nice ambiance and the food was very good. We had chosen each of the three main entrees for January. I had the lamb shank, my wife the rainbow trout and my friend the flat iron steak. We all enjoyed our meals 😋 We will definitely come back again!

I took a friend out for her birthday lunch. We ordered from the set 3 course meal selection prepared for November. The service was good but the food would have been better if served hot. My soup was luke warm and although our plates were hot, my salmon was only warm. Remember it is a culinary school.

After months of discussion, 1 month successful advance booking (several failure) and 30 mins travelling time, I finally have a chance to visit them to try the food prepared by the culinary students at a good price. To be honest, food varieties are not many but they all presented well and tasted good. Only available on the first Friday of... More

This restaurant gives students an opportunity to put into practice their learning at the Institute. Server was a student on a one year course and was excellent. Food fine dining at very reasonable prices. A great experience which I would recommend

We had a lovely meal, well prepared and served with great care. With the help of the instructor, an excellent wine are chosen for us. The price was very reasonable, especially given the quality of the meal and the location. Would definintely go again.

What a great idea for the students of the culinary school to be able to serve customers and for us to try their specialties! The food was very good, served in a formal setting. My only complaint would be the lack of vegetarian options on the menu. However, they gladly obliged and made us a delicious plate of risotto and... More
