Stopped in for some evening snacks and ended up sharing the mezze platter for 4 of us. Very tasty. Nice selection of vegetarian Lebanese food. Servers were very attentive and friendly. Atmosphere is fun but quite noisy. Will definitely return!

First time visiting. The place was super busy on a Wednesday at 5:00pm so we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. No problem as we went for a walk and they called us when it was ready. The place is small, not very many tables. Tables are very close together so you can over-hear other tables conversations.... More

Wandering down Davie while on holiday, and desperately seeking lunch, we passed endless options, from the ubiquitous to the one-offs, and then we passed Nuba, and then we turned around and went in, drawn by its crowd and its promise of something different. Service was fast and courteous, and its business was well deserved. We had a salad and a... More

Good quality of food, as we tried everything, choosing a mezze for two. Nice flavours and quantity, but the price is definitely too much for what it is.

Great food, healthy choices. Very casual non ambient setting and few tables but great place to pick up a healthy tasty meal. No table service. Take it to a local park or the nearby seawall. I ordered the Chicken Tawook plate. Chicken skewers with Humous, pickled salad, olives, potatoes/rice. The potatoes are very tasty. This is one restaurant you can... More

my wife and I were really looking forward to trying this place out (actually we wanted to go to the original Hastings location but there was no way we were getting in without reservation). overall I was a bit disappointed based on the many good reviews. the portions were huge which was great but the food didn't really have that... I liked the healthy choice and tasty dishes. I didn't like the way we were greeted because we made reservation and first time when we arrived, earlier than our booking time, we were asked to arrive at the booking time, fair enough; but when we arrived on time, we were asked to wait! This is not fair! Especially there are... More

Loved this Lebanese cafe style restaurant. Lots of gluten free options. It's nothing fancy inside but the food was ridiculous! Can't wait to try it again.

Each time I try a new dish. The lamb kofta was the best so far complimented really well with the hummous and salad. All their dishes are just as tasty as they are healthy.

Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
A hodgepodge of landscapes, the West End combines verdant gardens and blocky modern architecture, with Victorian bits and Edwardian bobs in between. It is a paradise for takeout food, take-away coffee, and perhaps incongruously, some of Vancouver's most languid lines of beachfront. English Bay and Sunset Beach invite swimmers, strollers, and picnic-lovers to take in dusk settling over the water, or to jog along with the sunrise, offering breathtaking views at any time of day. The West End merges together so many looks and flavors probably because it functions a hub: its the leafy pit-stop between nightlife and entertainment venues along Davie Street, and the shopping paradise that is Robson Street, offering visitors beautiful parkland to rest on, and quick, easy food to re-fuel with in between ventures.
