First went to Whistler in 2005 and loved the Chic Pea then.... it is still good and nice cosy place with clean facilities to re-group, warm up and eat something nourishing before getting yourself sorted to go back out to ski. Love the Whiskey Jacks (little birds) on the sundeck, love the soups and love that this is not a... More

When skiing on Whistler, we always stopp for lunch at Chic Pea as they make the best cinnamon bus. The Cafe is also well situated near the Emerald chair which is easily accessible to all levels of skiing

In my view Chic Pea Hut is the best location in Whistler mountain: this is the hut you have to do your break. A good choice of soups and meals, try the Maroccan Stew. Nice and helpful service, a lot of space and not crowded. It seems to be still a secret place. Great location!

These were a new experience for us on our trip to Canada, but once tasted, we never looked back! Tasty, tasty cinnamon buns, and the mac 'n' cheese good too. Quite a small hut, so pretty busy. The soups on offer looked great.

Great on mountain food stop. If you are tired of the roundhouse try Chic Pea. Grab a soup or a stew and the Chic Pea stew is good. On a hot day sit outside and watch the world go by. Can get busy 12.00 until 13.00 Good for a hot chocolate and a bun. Staff friendly and free water and... More

I'm a bit of a regular for lunch at Chic Pea on Whistler. They have several varieties of great soup. They also have other food such as pizza but I recommend the soup.

We stopped in here for a quick breakfast while skiing. Two of us split a cinnamon roll, a danish, and the lemon blueberry bread. All 3 items were great tasting though the cinnamon roll was definitely the favorite. Around 10 am on Saturday it was nearly empty so made for a good quick stop.

Love the Moroccan beef stew with naan bread (or you can have it in a bread bowl). Only problem is it does get very busy (especially on Sunday when all the local children from ski clubs are in!).

Stopped into this quaint cafe for a mid morning snack while skiing and had their cinnamon bun. These buns are huge and very decadent so would advise sharing one if you can. A great spot to stop for a break in your ski day!

A Mediterranean flavour featuring toasted signature sandwiches, pizza, a great outdoor BBQ, and a fabulous place for people watching. Located on Upper Whiski Jack on Whistler Mountain. Ski down from the top of the Garbanzo Chair, or soar on down from the top of the Whistler Village Gondola. Either way, this is a must do when skiing and riding on Whistler Mountain.
