We visit the Old Triangle on a regular basis. We prefer to go for food before the music entertainment starts because it is quieter and easier to get a booth, our favourite! The place is casual but you can easily dress up too. The place fills up fast once the live music begins and has a great party atmosphere, which... More

We went in on a Friday evening around 9pm. Not busy at all. Waitress told us the music would be staring at 9:30pm. She gave us lots of time to look at the drink menu, and we decided on a bottle of wine. The music did start right at 9:30pm, and it was very good. Lots of sing along tunes.... More

I met my friend for lunch after walking around downtown Me ncton in -12 degree weather. I was well dressed but needed something to warm me up. I got the Curry Chicken lunch special and it was definitely a thumbs up meal. As well, the price was right - lunch specials are $10.00.

My husband and I were here for lunch this past weekend. First impressions were rather blah. We have been here previously, last time over a year ago, however on this visit the general wear and tear was most definately noticeable. The tables near the windows, with upholstered chairs were completely abysmal. The chairs were so worn and stained and in... More

Had lunch with a friend a both had burgers. I had the ones with mushrooms an BBQ sauce on the side. No complaints...good burger and good service . Reasonably priced. Would recommend if you like Irish music in background.

Great, relaxed music on Saturday afternoon. The menu needs an update and the furniture also. The service has greatly improved and it is appreciated. Still a good spot for Saturday.

Saturday afternoons at the Old Triangle are great because of the jam session, but add a great waitress, like Katie, great food and conversation...it doesn't get much better! The best way in New Brunswick to spend a Saturday afternoon is at the Old Triangle! Thanks Katie...you rock!

Good friendly service, rustic Irish decor and simply great food. Ate unusual to me food corned beef + cabbage, served in broth with potatoes. Delicious!
