I always get the chicken pita wrap, grilled on whole wheat. Others in the family prefer the falafel. Always fresh, tasty, and served with a smile!

Always love the chance to get a pita from here! The chicken caesar with bacon is amazing.... Great menu with choices for everyone.
Stopped in for a quick lunch on tour around town. Prices are very good and the food was great. Falafel was very good.
While in Wolfville, I had decided to go in to the pita house for lunch. Prior to going in, I knew nothing about it, and figured it would be a place to get a healthy lunch with some freinds on the time budget we had....When I walked in the place just looked dirty, and there really is no other term to use other then that. When I went to order, the service was friendly, although it didn't outweigh the overall experience. while waiting for my food to come, We sat down at a table. The table was sticky, and quite gross on the surface. When we got out food, we took it to go. upon leaving and opening my package I found the pita to be very sloppy. I'm not sure if they were taking advantage of the fact that we took our food to go and thought we wouldn't be coming back to complain, since there were a few other people in there and it was lunch time. The pita was very sloppy and seemed like it had just been thrown together, with not an ounce of care. aside from this I found the portion to be very small, and this to just be overall a dissapointing experience.More
My husband and I were starving when we arrived in Wolfville, and were pleasantly surprised at vegans to get a quick and tasty meal at the Pita House. We shared the falafel wrap. I can't imagine having an entire one to myself--the half was quite...big. The owner makes her own hummus. Nice touch! We didn't order drinks but she kindly offered us ice water. Another nice touch. I recommend this place for lunch or a casual dinner.More
Stopped in before our hike to Cape Split looking for a heathy lunch (Pita House Juice Bar sounded healthy enough we thought). I'd like to say something good about our experience, but can't. If the owners were looking for a way to make a pita...unhealthy, they sure found a way. My pita consisted mostly of greasy french fries (who puts fries in a pita anyway?), some bland chicken, a bit of lettuce and some white sauce. It didn't taste good and I couldn't finish it (and I eat anything). My wife ordered a chicken fajita pita and it was mostly pita with very few ingredients. It was a pathetic pita. She couldn't finish her's either. After touring the Maritimes for a week, this was by far the worst food we ate. The only evidence my wife could find of juice at the place was Gatorade. The owners need to up their game or I'm afraid they won't be in business for much longer.More
Stopped in for a quick bite and the place was packed! Now I know why! Very good food, lots of choices and the garlic chicken was to die for! Pickled turnip and French fries? Who knew!! Delicious! The sauce was also the best. We were...served immediately and service was outstanding! Thanks for a great meal!More
Unless you are a big eater you will not be able to eat your whole pita wrap...even the 6 inch one. This little restaurant seems to be mostly take out but it has three or four little bistro type tables if you want to eat...in and chat with the one employee (owner, I think). Sandwich and drink selections are written on two huge blackboards and you can choose whatever you want as the wraps are made to order...with fresh, local ingredients. It is well worth the stop...friendly staff, reasonable prices, and excellent food..More
We needed a quick bite for lunch while on our journey to Annapolis Royal. There was only one customer inside, but he said that the food was good, so we decided to give it a try. The large pita is only $9 and big enough...for two people, so we split one for each couple. Good taste. Quick service. Not great ambience but that is not the reason that we were here anyway.More
Best in Wolfville, and best pita's on earth. The house sauce is to die for! I will always come back to such a great place!
Stopped in here to for a milkshake for my 8 year old. After stopping at many places between New Minas and Wolfville, we happened upon the Pita House and there on the sign Milkshakes $4.35!!!! Great!!! I ordered one for myself and one for my...son. She didn't give me a total as she didn't ring them through her cash but she gladly took my $10.oo and did not offer back the $1.30 in change. She told a man seated that he was up and he went to make out CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKES, when she brought them out i was shocked but was too embarrassed to say anything. The CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKES were very light in colour, had no chocolate flavour nd were definitely not the consistency of Milkshakes, it was more like purchasing a cold glass of watered down chocolate milk. On the way out the door, i tried mine, it was terrible and i left it in the closest garbage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!More
It was okay, but nothing special. The chicken on my pita was real meat, not processed deli meat, which is always a nice surprise. Although it also came with lots of bacon (usually a good thing) which turned out to be a strange ground type...product that I could have definitely done without as it ruined the rest of my pita. Vegetable toppings were scarce but sauce was plentiful. I found the whole pita to be one of those things that by the time you get to the end you've had enough of it, whether you're full or not. I didn't finish it even though I wasnt full and I left feeling kind of gross. I wont rush back anytime soon.More
I had a Chicken Teryaki pita at the Pita House in Wolfville today. Very tasty but very messy. Get lots of napkins when you order this pita as it is filled with tasty sauce.
