Sports bar almost ribs tasty but more bone than meat. Great location. Menu changing and things were not available. They serve local craft beer

Four adults. We all ordered different items. Food was done to perfection. Entrees 5.00 on Sunday night, bottle beer and mixed drinks were 2.75. Wings 5.00 always. My steak was done exactly as I asked for which doesn't happen too often. The entertainment for the evening was awesome. This is now my favorite place to eat and relax. I would... More

We were in town for business and met friends at Embers for supper o a Wednesday night. We started with wings which were done to perfection and nice spicy side sauce. I had the brisket which was done great. My lady had the pulled pork and she said it was the best only next to pulled pork we had in... More

I was a little apprehensive having read done of the reviews but needn't have been. The welcome was warm and friendly, also efficient throughout. The food was delicious, especially the burnt end poutine, and was served quickly. They could make the large room feel cosier with some booths. I would say cove and try it, I found it it excellent

Stopped for quick lunch. Advised by our walking tour guide. Average pub type restaurant. Decent bowl of soup. Delicious grilled cheese sandwich but skimped on the cheese. VERY reasonably priced.

Really excited about the idea of embers. Smoked meat and something different but food is not the best. Compared to any of the smokehouses in halifax or other cities the quality is just not comparable.

We had our first ever family night - we were gonna go to ribfest but couldn't find a parking spot - so we went to embers instead. The waitress was outstanding - very sweet to my kids - everything we ordered was top notch - we will definitely go back - it was a great family evening

$6 sandwiches, how can you go wrong? Good variety on the menu, and delicious pickle chips. We were there mid afternoon and were the only patrons, so can't comment on service during busy hours.

We arrived at 6:10pm party of 5, 3 of us ordered the special and two split the beef brisket. It took over an hour and a half to get our meal. It wasn't hot and it wasn't good. The meat was dry. My sister is diabetic and took her insulin when we got there. Some of us were so hungry... More

I thought many of the issues had been resolved, but on a trip there tonight I was horribly disappointed. Started with the wings -- they were clearly reheated -- I could taste it in the meat and they were dry and shriveled. The ribs I had were cold -- some of them cold enough to be right out of the...
