I think the Five Fishermen have priced themselves right out of the market. Food is excellent, as is the service but the price just can't be justified.

I stopped in at Five Fishermen and sat in the downstairs "Grill" as the upstairs was under renovation. I sat at the bar and the waiter in training took my order and prepared my Happy Hour special - 6 oysters served on the shell on...More

Good food, good service, a bit pricey but very nice for a more formal business setting accompanied by some good wine!

Bartenders are great, unless you happen to on a night when their boss, a tall thin and burly middle-eastern dude, tells them they need to stop socializing and get back to work. Were it not for that, i would have rated them a five. Blackened...More

Was a great meal, in a venue with a spooky past. If you love oysters sit at the oyster bar. Halibut was delicious. Great range of beers. Staff really helpful and prompt service.

I too am curious about the mussel bar. It has bee a number of years since I was there, but I plan on visiting again this fall. The mussel bar was great! The only time and place I ever ate mussels. Very much afraid to, here in California. So, do you still offer the mussel bar?
