Just pulled in after leaving IKEA and really enjoy this place. Staff was really friendly and the food was really good. The place was almost half full at 4:30pm. Couldn't help but notice all the awards on the walls. Chicken parm was the best. We will go back next time in Burlington.

Was looking for a place to stop for a late lunch and noticed the parking lot was nearly full, so I figured must be good. It was. Nice family restaurant with all-day breakfast. Good Greek omelette and home fries. Friendly efficient service. Will be my go-to place in west end of Burlington.

Russel Williams is one of those treasures that has been around as long as I remember - I used to go here as a kid with my parents. It hasn't changed a bit since. The food has always been great, and their prices are reasonable (although they just updated their menu and you can no longer buy just the burger,... More

I've been going to Russell Williams for 30+ years. It's exactly what you would expect from a diner that's been around for over 75 years. Good all day breakfast If you are hungry (or hungover) this is the place to go in Aldershot. Staff is very friendly, the restaurant is also kid friendly with a good kids menu. If you... More

I've come to Russell Williams for years. It's easily one of the best go-to restaurants in Burlington. The lineup can be put the door on a Sunday morning but the food is just as good in the afternoon or evening. And the homefries are FANTASTIC, which is my make-or-break for a good breakfast restaurant.

I can't believe it's taken me 30 years to try Russell Williams. I know people rave about it. It was a good solid breakfast. Great prices, great service, great coffee. But you know - small, dated and old. You're practically eating on top of your neighbours. I hate family restaurants in general - so this wouldn't be the place for... More

Rude elderly waitress. Appears to hate her job and her customers. Food isn't bad but the tables are tiny and there's a much better breakfast place 2 miles east by the QEW called Skyway. Go there instead.

the prices are right and the fried potatoes to die for. just go with the basic breakfast usually and it is spot on. bacon and eggs (with oodles of bacon). I still don't understand why nobody tries to compete with a GOOD, decent greasy spoon like this in Burlington. This place is ALWAYS packed

The food at this restaurant is pretty good but the service is awful. Tonight the waitress forgot to serve our salads prior to the meal. Delivered beverages when pressed after our main course was delivered and got the potatoes wrong on both our orders. My partner asked for an extra napkin and never did get one. We ordered coffee at...
