We needed a quick lunch and a cold beer. The rooftop was very busy, so we chose downstairs. We ordered the sugar shack fingers which were surprisingly good. Had a nice cold guinness with it. Service was excellent.

We enjoyed a great lunch on the roof top patio overlooking City Hall square. Although Jack's is a big chain with hefty pricing. It is always pretty good. Our server and food runner, was very friendly, engaging conversation, knowledgable about everything, prompt and generally 10...More

We had wanted to sit out on the rooftop for dinner, however just as we walked in the rain began to pour so we opted to sit at a booth inside. They have a nice bar area, booths and high top tables are in very...More

My husband, 4 year old son and I had lunch here. The rooftop was nice but the overall cost of our lunch was not (85$ granted two alcoholic drinks in there). In hindsight, we should have found somewhere more unique to Kingston.

This place is really cool, to have a drink and to eat something. We had a nice waiter, that made all efforts to understand us with our poor English and even found a French speaker waiter. Both were very friendly and we had a great...More

This place knows how to treat a customer and take responsibility for their mistakes. Our steaks came out overdone and as soon as we mentioned it to the waitress, they were whisked away (with profuse apology), replaced with perfection on the plate and brought out...More

We were a group of 7 celebrating a 12 year olds birthday and we were lucky enough to get the roof top terrace (reserved weeks in advance). Three of us ordered the steak and all were VERY over cooked. I'm talking asked for blue rare...More

Sunday July 9th, noon. Our poutine was served cool on a cold plate. It was returned, and came back having been heated in the microwave. Who does stuff like that to poutine in a restaurant? Our wings were served hot in a metal pot with...More

Waited until 2pm to do lunch, no waiting to get a table on the roof, the best place to eat or just have a drink. We shared an order of poutine, chicken fingers, Baja chicken skewers which were really tasty and had some zing. Love...More

Large restaurant geared towards large groups of people. On roof-top Patio area. Has a Kid’s Menu and arrangements for Birthday and other Parties. Food quality is good, but it should be for what you pay for it. Mainly eat-in. No Take Out.

Ranked at 107 is ridiculous. Service is great and friendly and you are not served by only one dedicated server....as many as 3 different ones will be around your table. The food is typical roadhouse...some very... More

In my opinion I guess we Kingstonians are getting tired of the same old high priced fast food. We have a lot of restaurants in Kingston, unfortunately about half of them are the same...different names but same quality and... More
