We went there to try their lunch. It was ok for the price, but nothing special. None of the workers spoke Japanese, this place is more like Korean style Japanese. Once was enough, we are not going back again..

The food quality is above average in Ontario. The quality of service is excellent. You would love this Japanese restaurant if you live nearby.
This is my family's favorite Japanese Restaurant in the City. The food are always done to our expectations, both in quality and quantity. Because of our frequent visits, the chefs always served us with extra home style Japanese dishes that were not in the menu. Services are friendly and present, we always feel welcome when we were there. Prices are... More
Went there for a business lunch and while a number of sushi places are serving all you can eat (if you can eat it), sushi tei has not. However, their sushi is very reasonably priced and it is excellent. We ordered the sushi lunch which comes with salad and soup. For 3 dollars more, we added tempura and it was... More
Met a friend here recently, first time visit- not impressed. The sticky floors were the first red flag. Service is good, food below average. I had the salmon bento box, very scary looking salmon, tiny and a brownish shade, served on a bunch of sautéed onions and a couple green peppers. Rice was cold and dry, sushi so so. Given... More
When we arrived all three of us were very hungry so we decided to order the dinner for four. Soup and salad was nice. Sushi and sashimi were very fresh. The Kalbi and spicy fish was just so yummy. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
Here for lunch, we had the $ 11.95 sushi luncheon special. The server came over fairly quickly but it did take 20 minutes to get our order although it wasn't very busy at the time. A good selection of individual sushi including salmon and tuna together with 8 rice rolls. The fish was very fresh. The meal came with miso... More
The food is good and quality. It is not all you can eat style. Prices on the high scale but it is always full and busy. Waiters are not the best but the food is good.
We thought we would try a non-all-you-can-eat sushi place and this one had mixed reviews. We were seated and provided menus quickly, but then waited too long for someone to come back and ask for our order. There is lots of selection, but we went with the Maki Mono tray that had a selection of sushi rolls e.g. spider roll,... More
My boyfriend and I love this place. We make at least two stops a month here because the quality of food is so high. Well worth the money paid. Hint: If the place isn't busy, sit at the chef bar. We usually get random on the house tasty items.
