Decent place for afternoon tea. Reservations recommended....we did not have a reservation as it was Monday afternoon after 2:30pm. We still had to wait for a table to be prepared despite lots of empty tables. Some flexibility on the food trays would be appreciated.

Planning on visiting in August - High Tea looks interesting. Is there a dress code? Our normal tourist attire would be shorts & sandals/tennis shoes.
