We were able to walk in and get a table for afternoon tea, although it was very busy. All the waitresses were dressed like Alice in Alice in Wonderland, but there was no Mad Hatter or dormouse! Tea was a grand affair, choosing from a selection box of about 12 teas, which could be smelt from individual boxes before choosing.... More

Went there for high tea with GF and our moms. Great end to our day of wondering around NOTL. The decor is amazing and food was very good. The staff and service was second to none. Very attentive and accommodating. It isnt cheap, but not that expensive. You get what you pay for. Would recommend to anyone visiting NOTL.

We had both dinner and breakfast here on a beautiful fall weekend. The decor is very elegant and the street view from the garden room was spectacular. Friends joined us for dinner and then breakfast was just the two of us. Our server, Kafil, was most friendly, even noting to wish me happy birthday (he'd overheard it). I have been here... More

My friend and I made reservations for high tea on Friday Nov 18 stating that we are going back to try the high tea again, as last year we were a little disappointed. This year we arrived at 11:55 am and we were seated around 12:10 pm we were asked what type of tea we wanted, which we were not... More

My family and I had an afternoon to spend in NOTL. High tea was the perfect activity to embody the heart of the town. The tea selection was great, the food was delicious, and the portions were more than filling. Our girls (ages 6 and 4) absolutely loved it!

victim of their own success - try walking past two very bored and bleary eyed red coat adorned doorman who were more interested in ignoring guests and leaning up against the thin outer lobby doors and having a chat about something that happened yesterday. this was once a great afternoon tea experience that has become a noisy menagerie of people,... My friends and I celebrated my milestone birthday at Prince of Wales Hotel in Niagara on the Lake by having 2 for 1 Traditional Tea . The ambience, the service, the food , especially the fabulous hot scones was an experience not to be missed. We upgraded to have cheese trays and sparkling wine since it was a big celebration,... We arrived a little before our scheduled reservation only to be told there wasn't a table available and we would have to wait a little bit. Finally we were seated and placed our order. Took some time for our teas to arrive - some of us in the group ordered a mimosa that never came, finally received our food only... More
