I've driven past this business hundreds of times but had never visited. I recently saw some good reviews and decided to bring a friend here who was visiting from out of the area. We came Saturday morning and it was busy. That's always a good...sign. There are two dining rooms, we sat in the older section that is very "vintage diner" style including a long counter that seats about 6 people. While the dining room was comfortable, I thought they went overboard on the Halloween decorations. A few are OK but they had stuff hanging from the ceilings, skills all along the window next to me and a lot of other things. Definitely overkill that ruined the atmosphere. I had a veggie omellete and added two toppings that cost me about $13. It was good although there were too many home fries and they were very greasy. The omellete and rye toast were done well. I didn't really want home fries but they didn't have any other options. Too bad there was not fresh fruit that could be substituted to make it a healthier breakfast. My friend had french toast at about $6.50 and he said it was good although he would have liked fresh fruit, as well. Total bill $22.50 incl tax. The service was very good. I go here once a month, never had a bad experience. Even when it's very busy the staff are always on top of everything that's going on. Decor? Clean, 2 rooms, main breakfast area and a seperate larger room for bigger groups. The acustics of...the room are good, enough furnishings to absorb noise. Food? Good selection for Breakfast, as for lunch I can remember as I only go for Breakfast Prompt friendly service. Decent prices.More

Husband had breakfast special, his was good I just had the 2 eggs toast & home fires it was good except for the home fires, they were extremly salty couldn't eat them, noticed that other table near us the ladies there didn't eat their home...fires either, when waitress asked how everything was I told her the fries were salty instead of offering new ones, she rudly told me that they don't add salt or pepper to their fries just seasoning & if I didn't want any seasoning that I should order them that way (how's one to know if they never had them). Well I guess she just didn't get a tip.More

Good for the money. Little slow on service but worth the wait. Don’t go there on Fridays because that’s when I go and I don’t like crowds.

Tammy's has a great menu, great service and they don't mind my weird habit of taking home over half my meal or my Hubby and I sharing one of the bigger breakfasts. The food is great and properly done. A little more money than some...but well worth it. Only thing is they can get very busy so sometimes you wait a bit.More

We chose Tammy's because of the extended breakfast hours, planning for a full breakfast around noon. Tammy's was beyond our expectations for what we considered as a diner/family restaurant road stop. It was spotless, tastefully decorated, had clean washrooms, nice atmosphere, efficient & good service,...a great menu & portions for hungry folks, all at a very reasonable price. My only regret was that I would have liked to try their soup and sandwich special too. Tammy runs a very good restaurant.More

there are lots of breakfast places in the area. this is one of the top ones. sometimes its too slow for me but that's because they are so busy and the because the food is fresh.

Went to lunch today with my good friend who due to ill health had been restricted to his home and was very impressed with our lunch! The best cheese burger I have had I a long time. The patty was homemade. My buddy had corned...beef and said it too was great!More

Best breakfast it's our go to place for a home cooked breakfast. The servers are always friendly. Everything we've ever ordered has been yummy. The onion rings are fab

The service was slow, maybe because the place was packed. The omelet was dry. The tea was lukewarm. I don't know - maybe it's me, I look at the window sill and was not impressed by the look of caked-in grime. Have not gone back...since and will never go again.More

Went here for breakfast because our usual place was packed. Food was fine. Taste good. Service was good but the restaurant was too warm. A small window AC unit is used to cool the restaurant and it does not work very well.
