This is a traditional and great rough Irish pub with the typical early century feel to it. You'll love their stews and fresh snaks, and especially down that with the best place and pour of Guinness! I love Guinness. If you don't love Guinness, well, you're missing life pal!

Went to Sheehan's after a Jr A hockey game in St. Catharines at the Meridian Center. I went with my wife and niece and nephew. We went in around 10pm Friday night hoping to have a drink and some late night supper. Unfortunately they do not have a kitchen any longer to serve food. They had some great meals in the... More

We have frequented this pub on many occasions under different circumstances and each visit has kept us coming back for more. The food is awesome and the beer selections keep you wondering what else can I try.? The band's on select nights keep the crowd entertained and they are always a good fit . Cosy pub style found downtown in... More

Truly one of the best lamb burgers I have had! We ate at Patrick's for the first time last week and I was very impressed. The Lamb burger was fantastic... made from fresh ground lamb a hint of mint and delicious sauce a top a very fresh bun! I should also mention that my husband had the fish and chips... More

I would not really go here for food, I do however stop in on occasion for a drink. The pickle shot is a tradition here, however i was disappointed to find out it was just vodka with a pickle wedge. I would have like to see some pickle juice mixed in the shot itself.

Sheehan's is a good Irish pub with very good meals. Service for food is extremely slow, so we don't frequent often. Great beers on tap!

We arrived at about 6:30 pm and told by one of the two people behind the bar to sit anywhere. She said that she would be with us "shortly". There were two other couples in the place t the time. We waited, waited , waited and waited some more. After about 15 minutes with nobody showing up at our table,... More

The live music is wonderful. Lots of beer options. But they have the best poutine and the only place to get pickle shots!

Really reduced menu lately. Very good servers. Hoping they return to their former style once the students start spending. With every third business in the area being a restaurant, it is tough to keep things fresh and exciting, but would like to see Sheehan's stick around for a while yet. Last time I had the fish and chips, they used... More

We were there on a night without music so it wasn't very crowded. The food was great. My husband loves bangers and mash and theirs did not disappoint. I had the vegetable curry and it really took me back to my time in college in England. Great Indian Curry. The others in our group had Irish stew and a beef... More
