Turns out the Chili Pepper isn't a safe space for LGBTQ people--they actually monitor the washrooms to threaten trans people. I'd take my business elsewhere.

The drinks are a fairly good price, and there is a lot of food for a reasonable price. If you aren't scared of the rape-pepper on the roof, this place is definitely the place for you.
