...In a tiny restaurant! Had a friend take me here for lunch while I was in town. I had the Season Sandwich, and even though I'm an omnivore, the large portion and lovely flavours of this vegetarian dish didn't leave me wanting! The staff was kind enough to double check on an ingredient for me that I may have been... More

I love this restaurant for a light vegetarian meal. They do however offer at least one dish with meat. I'm not generally one for vegetable drinks however I have been convinced. They have something for everyone as long as you can enjoy a meal without steak. The restaurant is small but cozy. Highly recommended

My meal was excellent! It seems to be a favourite for vegetarians! Food is very flavourful and service is great! The restaurant is tiny so sometimes you have to wait for a table but other than that our visit was enjoyable!

It's hard to decide what to eat at this cozy and busy little restaurant in the Bay and Algoma area. All natural, very local and very tasty! Soup of the day or specials are all wonderful. The season salad and chipotle chicken unwrap are my absolute favourites. Coffee is fair trade and gluten free brownies are a great way to... More

I am not a vegan or vegetarian but their vegan brownies are the most delicious brownies I've had. The coffee is really nice and I'm not a coffee lover. I had their salad plates and besides being packed with fresh and excellent assorted vegetables the entry is unique and very tasty.

This was the first place my family took me while I'm Thunder Bay. The open faced sandwich was absolutely delicious! The chipotle wrap was also good.

I tend to order lunch from here 2-3 times per month and it never disappoints. I am not one who typically goes for the "health" food, but I have to say the food here is amazing! I have tried most things at this point, however my personal faves are the Big Life Plate (yummy hummus, local bread, local cheese, local... More

Fresh, healthy and delicious. My favourite is the chipotle chicken unwrap salad and the harvest salad.
