Delicious and thankful that I didn't have to worry about running into that pesky dairy I'm intolerant to! Be mindful that it can be a tight spot if you visit during the rush hours. If I could change anything, it would be that the women's washrooms were a bit dark :(

Even as a meat eater, I love Fresh for their creative and tasty menu options. Also always have fantastic soups of the day and a fridge full of takeaway items (just don't get there too late). But it can be pretty busy and loud here, so not great for a working lunch.

Surprisingly this was our first experience at Fresh. It's a busy restaurant, that is always a good sign to me. There was a write variety of stir frys, salads, drinks and sandwiches. My wife and daughter ordered a small salid which they both enjoyed and felt it was enough. Actually the large salid is huge so bring an appetite. The... More

Great burger and lots of choices. Portions are massive and onion rings epic. Service is ok but mainly take away.

Fresh is a go-to for me sometimes. I live in Toronto, and have found this place to be a great place to go for those who want to eat vegetarian or vegan, or just plain healthy. The bowls are really tasty, and so are the burgers. Buddha Bowl is delicious, but not the healthiest thing on the menu. Same could... More

Excellent burgers, so much flavour. Will be back to try the other great ideas on the menu. Friendly hardworking staff and love the decor.

There were few nice eating places near to our hotel. Fresh was different and staff very helpful. It was a different experience for us.

The food at Fresh near the corner of Spadina and Bloor is not only savoury but beautifully presented as well. The young people who work here work hard, are friendly, welcoming and willing to accommodate anyone who walks into this busy, popular restaurant. Although I live in Ottawa, this is my go to place when I am in Toronto. I... More

My girlfriend is turning into a vegan so we thought we would try this place. As ironic as it sounds, there food is fresh. Great huge burgers with sweet potatoes fries. We also had the bread and olives as an appetizer which was great. The smoothies were good, but a little bit expensive for what you get. Would visit this... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
