This place has gone downhill since the reno...short-staffed & over-worked staff means they've cut their operations budget. The place has no more vibe and no atmosphere. It's like eating in a factory on an assembly line. We have very long term & frequent customers but not after the last few visits and especially not after tonight. This is what happens... More

We picked this restaurant since it works 24/7 the weekends. Huge portions! Nice customer service and food was too. I ordered the chicken fettuccini Alfredo and was very good.

I went in to this restaurant for a pretty cheap meal and when I tipped the waitress 18% she gave me a dirty look. I understand that the meal is cheap so 18% is not a lot but that is so rude. She just ripped my bill off machine and walked away after the look she gave me. Wont be... More

Went here around 1 o'clock on a Thursday, restaurant wasn't very busy. Waited 20 minutes because someone attended to us. The servers started attended and taking other people's orders before ours. Food comes in large portions a little bit too large. Ordered a shrimp pasta. It came on a large plate with too much sauce. The garlic bread the plate... More

Our go to place for years! Love the food and best fries and gravy in the city! Recently renovated and I got to to say I miss the cozy ambiance of the old decor. Try the fries and gravy, banquet burger, chicken wrap!

Hubby and I stopped here for dinner the other night while we were in the city. We used to come here all the time when we lived in the area as the food was always good and the service was decent, although I had always found the interior a bit dark. It had been awhile since our last visit. It... More

We used to go there regularly before renovations. The new look is too modern... its LOUD in there. The servers seem confused half the time. We had like three workers walk by us before one came to seat us. The coffee cups are TINY and they fill them so full you cant put milk in it. They no longer leave... More

We went to The Grille often prior to the renos but everything has changed since they re-opened after renos. The renos are ugly. It looks like a cheap diner stuck in the 1970's. Harvest Gold booths and hideous brown and cold striped table tops. The place feels very crowded now - the tables are smaller and crowded together. We felt... More

Have been a couple of times and haven't found anything to complain about -- or rave about either. It's usually very busy -- expect to wait about 15 or 20 minutes on a Sunday morning. When we went in February, it was closing for a month so a refresh. Not sure when it re-opens. Service is efficient and friendly, food... More

Recently refurbished. Good place for breakfast - they have some really good deals. Full menu is huge - come hungry. Staff are very pleasant, and for the most part, very good at their jobs - some of the staff have been there for a long time.
