This is a must do in Toronto! Sit, have a coffee (or cocktail) and admire the stunning views of Toronto and the Lake! We stayed for around 45mins enjoying the view and the sunshine and also using the free wifi to plan our next stop on the tourist trail. The coffee was decent and reasonably priced considering it's a tourist... More

We had a coffee here when visiting the CN tower. The views are great but the coffee was average (actually not so nice at al) and quite expensive but I guess you pay for the location!

Nice place to sit for a sandwich and a drink. Not too expensive, service was good. Beef Dip was one of the best I have ever had.

We did not know this option was available at the top of the CN Tower. It was a pleasant surprise as we had considered having dinner at the 360 Restaurant. The contemporary decor complimented the view overlooking the modernized architecture of Toronto. My husband ordered the Spadina Bamboo Basket and I ordered the Kensington Market Chicken Fingers. He was pleased... More

This restaurant in the CN Tower, offers a wonderful view of the city and turns with the tower. I tried the burger and it was one of the best burgers I had...very good and the service was really good. It's more of a tourists restaurant but still is good quality!

My husband waited for me here whist I was doing The Edge Walk,I joined him after for a well earned beer! The view was amazing and the atmosphere was relaxed. We just stopped for drinks and not food, mainly because the vegetarian choice was quite poor. Our server was called Nick and made us feel welcome and even stopped for... More

I went there last Sunday with five of my friends and was charged a 15% gratuity on top of the 10% that I had left for them. I realized only after coming home. I think the server should make it a point to convey the customer about the 15% mandatory tip. The dessert we ordered was frozen and we had... More

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
