My family & I, together with the birthday celebrant have celebrated her 20th birthday at this sushi place. She loves sushi & so I wanted to fulfill her cravings. Since her birthday fell on a Tuesday, everybody was only available after 7 pm, I started looking for a sushi place that serves excellent menu, in Scarborough & affordable pricing. 3... More

This place has great tasting food at a decent price. Large portions and friendly staff. Can't go wrong with a place like this if Sushi is your thing.

This is my go to spot in Scarborough for decent sushi. Their japchae and kalbi are my favorite non-sushi items. Sashimi is reasonably priced and dining in gets you ice cream and miso soup. Wait staff are friendly and attentive.

Their salmon sashimi was delicious! Melts in your mouth. They also serve miso soup along with a weird salad (I was not a fan of the salad). The service was good and the prices are reasonable. The parking is quite small and I had to wait 5-10 mins to get a spot.

Both the food and the service was wonderful. We ordered four sushi rolls between two people and they were delicious. They also brought us miso soup, salad and green tea ice cream. The server was friendly and helpful. We would go again.

Location: This restaurant is located in a very non-descript area in a small strip plaza with an autoshop and Subway. The parking lot is very small, but we have always been able to find a spot. The décor: My parents found this place first after it first opened, and I have eating here on a fairly regular basis for lunch... More

The service here has been really consistently good. They give you a full meal, quick service, and a surprisingly quiet restaurant (key for me for date night). I'm really happy with this restaurant and it's always on the rotation for date night for my wife and I.

The food was amazing! The sashimi was fresh and generously portioned. Service was also great. Our server though told us we were lucky to be seated right away, there is usually a line up starting 7 pm on Friday nights My husband and I ordered the liveboat, it came with extras you wouldn't get at other Japanese restaurants such as... Staying in Scarborough

Neighbourhood Profile
Situated astride Lake Ontario, Scarborough is a district heavily influenced by immigration. With a number of low-rent shopping and dining options making it a highly affordable part of town, and boasting one of Toronto's largest shopping malls, the otherwise green suburban neighborhood is a good place to go for bargains and discounts. It also draws in photographers. The spires, archways, and cavernous rooms of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Palace are filled with breathtaking art, architecture, and detailed reliefs – it’s like entering a different world, The ruins of columns and installation art at the Guild Inn makes a free-for-all exploration site, while the big-name draw for young photographers is the menagerie at the Toronto Zoo. While many visitors shirk Scarborough as too suburban, its houses are some of Toronto's most mystical and haunting architectural beauties. And for adventure lovers, it has river-rafting and some unique hiking trails.
