My gluten-free son enjoyed his meal of fish n' chips because he knew it was safe for him to eat. My partner and our other son also had the fisn n' chips, and said it was OK but not brilliant. I'm vegan, and I had very limited options. The bean salad was...well....really just beans, and the grilled portablello mushrooms could... More

We had heard some nice things about this restaurant and we were planning on having some coffee and a snack. When we arrived, my wife was in urgent need of a washroom, so the first thing I asked was where the washroom was. The host was so concerned about keeping non-customers out of their washroom that he wouldn't allow my... More

Sat inside, which was very hot. Service was incredibly slow. The waffles were delicious but rather skimpy on fruit. I was disappointed that the grilled cheese (which I saw online) wasn't on the menu.

Went here as per friends recommendation during mid afternoon. Owner was really nice and welcoming. Had fish & chips ($19). Fish was ok but nothing memorable. French fries tasted like McCain frozen variety. Wife (who is celiac) became ill after having her meal. Price for family of four was far too expensive for the meal served. Will definitely not return.... More

The dining patio was lovely, and we had a nice evening. Staff was friendly, even found water for diners who tied up their dogs on the outside of the patio fence. The neighborhood is funky and fun, and we also enjoyed walking through nearby Chinatown. The food and service here were both fine. I'm allergic to wheat gluten, and everything... More

This restaurant is completely gluten free. Fish and Chips were yummy served with fries and coleslaw. Daughter had Gluten free waffles with apple topping. I tried it - it was very good, but sweet. My husband is NOT Gluten free and he enjoyed his meal too. They have burgers and stuff too..but Fish and Chips is not something you can... More

Our service used the most condescending tone as my friend and I ordered two beers, simply because he assumed that we were underage. At other restaurant servers would ask us for ID because we look young, but this server said mockingly, "a Budweiser, really?" Not only did he ruin our dining experience at kensington Cornerstone, he also ruined our mood... More

Everything on the menu is gluten free! Nothing in the food was off limits. Delicious fish and chips. The starters are delicious also. The quinoa fritters with dip were a big hit. The lamb sausage on pumpernickel was very tasty. Everything was fresh and well presented. This is a small gem of a restaurant.

Really enjoyed our dinner. We discovered this place by looking for gluten free options in the area, and it did not disappoint. Everything was well prepared, well presented and tasted great. The beer selection was good, great if you're looking for GF options. Three of us in our party are not actually GF (my wife was the only one) and... More
