Ossington at Dundas, lots of great bars and restos in this area. Place was quiet when we arrived around 7pm (25% full) but by the time our food began to arrive, it was completely jammed. Cocktails were yummy, if a little pricey ($12&up), and wine...More

Best wine and tapas I've ever had in a great atmosphere. Tapas are a bit pricy but so worth the price. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The ambience is very comfortable and it is high end but not snob! Loud when its busy... The prices per plate are a little bit expensive for tapas... You should order at least 4 plates to be satisfied but not full ... The wines are...More

As my partner is a big eater, we never seem to get enough here, although the food is high-quality. Maybe tapas just aren't our thing, although we feel sated at other tapas or izakaya restaurants. The vibe is good, a lot of first dates, children-friendly....More

Our table was 4 adults and 1 child (3yrs old). We had 5 different food allergies at the table and they had no problem accommodating us. More than helpful. Tapas were a good size approx 3 per person needed for a meal. Good quality food,...More

great atmosphere, charming spot. We shared several dishes at the waiter's recommendation and all of them were amazing. Loved the patatas bravas and the venison sausage. Grilled octopus was fabulous as well.

Most of the dishes are meant for sharing, but the portions are not large...it would take 4-6 dishes per couple, which would translate to $60-80 or so. A good meal would cost more than that, but these are really just tasting menu items. The food,...More

With my usual haunts all booked for TIFF, I ventured a little further and saw some good reviews for Salt Wine Bar. Nestled at the top of the Ossington strip where there a many excellent choices, Salt more than met my expectations. A good, ample,...More

Although most of our food was good, it was not excellent. The paella tasted like Uncle Ben's rice, which was highly disappointing. The service was good, although they did not have any of the cocktails available that were listed on the on-line menu. Atmosphere was...More
